Following essential maintenance on the college IT infrastructure, Moodle and Moodle Archive have been available again since Monday 28th October. However there is currently a problem with student accounts and students may not be able to log in at present. The issue is being actively worked on but may take some time to complete.
In the meantime if you are unable to log onto Moodle or Email this may be because your account is affected. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know this is affecting you. Ensure you include your name and student ID number in the email and we will ensure your name is added to the list to update. All accounts will be updated eventually but those who are currently experiencing issues will be prioritised.
This issue affects several online services not just Moodle. We apologise for the inconvenience. If you believe this issue may affect your ability to submit work, then please speak to your tutors. They should be aware that these issues exist, but please feel free to refer them to the Moodle team if they need confirmation.
